Warton Stock Car Club (committee and members) would like to pass on our condolenses to the family and freinds of the
driver of Popeye, Jan Van Alphen, who was tragically killed at the Tractor Pull at Gt Ecclestone on Sunday night.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.
21st August 2007 CARAVANS ON SUNDAY

If your racing a caravan, please ensure its under 15foot long and BOOK in via Angela.
Also make sure your caravan is chanined to your banger and don't forget to put mesh over your window screen and maybe drivers door window too!
Regarding THE CHAMPIONSHIP MEETING, this is a MEMBERS ONLY Meeting. You MUST be a fully paid up member and you MUST have raced at least THREE
points scoring meetings, bangers, that excludes Metal Mainia and WARton of the Roses.
Ladies are excluded from the above rule, but you MUST book in via Angela if you want to race, to give us an idea of numbers!
Launa off of the Bay brekfast show is racing in the Ladies race, but we need a car for her, anyone got one??
A note to drivers # 717 and # 06, I was right what I told you at the HESP meeting!
The photo CD/video thing I do for the HESP is on TWO disks!!! One is over 450 photos, the other is all the video shot,
including some extra footage not shown on YOUTube! The price ?? A quid!!! So see me before racing and at interval in the trackshop.
6th August 2007 UPDATES
Jill Farrington-Knowles is stil in hospital, with tests ongoing with her back. Best wishes to her, Tut and Emily.
An update on all the others, best wishes from us all to you:
# 928 Ste Dodds (Stock Car) - sprained wrist and arm.
# 156 Dave Knight (Banger) is, as far as we know, OK.
Rory Gumley (robin) danage to shoulder, but otherwise OK.
# 501 Basher Kaye (robin) sent home from hospital, but told to go to one more local.
Videos will start to go up shortly.
8PM 5th August 2007 BLINKING GREAT
First off a big get well soon to Jill Farrington-Knowles, the lady cut out of the Robin at the original start of the
final. also Mr red Robin driver (McRobin) who also was clobbered and BASHER KAYE (# 501) who is in hossi after an accident
with his hand when he put it outside of his pig, as it slid on the floor! Get well soon all of you.
That apart, it was a greaty action packed days racing, in all classes, again, with rolls, hits, close racing and
sunburn to boot. awesome stuff, thanks to all of you.
I have shedloads of pix, going up soon. Videos of all banger & robin races (exculding dds) plus loads more. They will
go up tomorrow onwards.

Blimy, not long now until THE HESP meeting, this Sunday first race at noon!
Robins are racing aliong with Bangers, Ministox, Stock Cars and Super Bangers. So a fun day for all is on.. Yahoo.

29th July 2007 HESP T minus 7 DAYS
I went to see THE INVADERs the other day and good news, at least six of them will turn up, inc Basher, Scouse Kev, Ted and
Mr Paul Woods!! They thought that Team V were not coming, so they were wondering who they could wreck instead..
Still no news on the pregnent lady, its been a week now! Thats gotta hurt!!!
Oh and heat one of the bangers from last Sunday has gone stella on YOUTube!! No idea why, but 17,000 views and still going!
Oh again, theres a video from last years hesp race, RWD cars with crashes and some deft parallel parking and drifting.

25th July 2007 PREMATURE BABY NEWS
The pregnant lady who went to hospital on Sunday from Warton, has NOT had her baby yet. She is in slow labour... So good luck
and my thoughts and best wishes with that.
More Duff (Doh!) info, Jimmy White has NOT had an operation but has a full length cast on his knacked leg, best wishes
for a speedy recovery mate.
HESP NEWS...
Each Robin will get £25 for racing.
The DD Winner will get an extra £25. The winner of the normal banger DD will also get £25.
The Most entertaining Robin driver (judged by the days sponsor) will get £30.
The HESP race (normal Bangers) will be RWD only.
Its a 2LTR meeting.

Update on the chopper passengers.
# 600 Lippy Lou Rainford is bruised and sore, but should be OK soon.
Jimmy White has a broke knee and needs an op, but is, as always, upbeat.
All the videos are up now too, inc the epic one I was shooting all day!
22nd July 2007 WOT A HOT UN AGAIN
As the rest of the country got wetter, we got glorious sun ALL RUDDY DAY. It was, for me, the most enjoyable days racing
so far, marred by the accidents of Lippy Lou in the Ministox and Mr White in the bangers, both of whom had a ride in the
air ambulance and both of who I wish all the best for speedy recoveries.
Lots of you have bought my Cds, so ta for that, and I sold some games too, things are looking up :)
Shed loads (over 350) of photos from today going up VERY shortly and the vids from tomorrow! So keep popping back and lets build up
to the next meeting THE HESP with ROBINS!!!

13th July 2007 VARIOUS BITS
There are now five videos from Sundays meeting up via the VIDEO button ^^. Also the committee meeting page has been updated.
Caravan Meeting, you MUST book in ASAP as places are limited, contact Angela. I suggested we have two caravan races, with
half the vans in each with only a quick tidy up after the first heat, dead cars, big lumps of caravan and the chasis. We would space out the vans round the track and
hopefully get a few more laps in too, more fun for paying spectators and more fun for the drivers. Remember you MUST
have a grill/mesh on your windowscreen. No caravans longer than 15"
Can you also book in if your racing a Robin at the HESP, via Angela again. Its a 1400cc meeting with RWD cars only in the
main HESP race.
8th July 2007 HOT STUFF
If you stayed at home to watch Lewis in the F1 Grand Prix, I can tell you you missed a blinder of a day at Warton, hot
weather and, as is the norm these days, hot action too, two rolls in the Metros, close racing in the Super Bangers and
Stocks and fab stuff from the Jnr Bangers.
I had a bad day though, driving up a canal that was supposed to be the M6 and having one of those 'I missed that shot day' anyhow photos going online
soon and the vids prob tommoz.
So there we have it.. ERM I have no idea what went on in the GP, thanks to Mr Commentator, yer a good bloke.. So Im
going to watch it now.
3rd July 2007 RACING SUNDAY
ARE YOU READY?? ARE YOU READY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its Metros & Jnr Bangers this Sunday at Warton, along with Stock Cars and Super
Bangers, so a full day of action is a deffo..
We have at least 14 Jnr Bangers booked in, but I have no ideas on numbers of Metros, so feel free to let me know.
As reported in the Committee Pages, we do need some marshalls, we pay cash if you help out and we are looking for
folks who can attend most meetings for the rest of this season..and beyond. Contact Graham on race day for more details.
Its WARTONONLINE's birthday tomorrow (4th July) it will be six years old, though I did have Bangersonline and clara.snork
before that. Thank you one and all for all your support over the years, I realise the standard of the site has slipped over
the last two years, this is mainly due to me working nights and being tired, ALL THE RUDDY TIME! I am always looking to improve
the site and am currently messing with a video format via YOUTUBE. Who knows what, if anything, the future holds, the ride
has been fun so far and though I thought about getting off, I can't... I'm hooked!
There was some confusion at the last meeting with people wanting to buy games of me at the interval, I was tied up with the raffle winners
(what a treat for them!) for a while, so this meeting I will be there (in track shop) before racing, during interval and at the end of the days action.
You will also be able to buy some Photo Cds each one containing all the images I took at a meeting, these are a giveaway at
only £1 each and can work on compatable DVDs as well as the PC your reading this on and you can even get prints from your local
Photo Shop.
