Need for Speed Underground 2 XBOX

The first Need for Speed Underground was better than OK, but didnt seem to have staying power and I often heard that it was too dark, with it being difficult to see the way the road goes.. Good news the, Need for Speed Underground 2 is lighter, yippee... Bad news, the control of the car is next to impossable at first, I assumme you have to set up your car and buy bits to make it perform better.
Good stuff about the game:

Free roam, you can drive around the city freely, but you cant get out of the car.

Eight game modes (YES 8!!!)
. Career Modes - Become famous in the underground racing circles.
. Exploring - Get the feel of the city
. Showcase - You have to go and meet photographers with your modified beast
. SMS - Yes you receives texts telling of races and other usfull stuff
. Quick Race Mode - Just have a race, with loadsa options
. Split Screen Racing - race a mate on your XBox
. World Map
. Xbox Live - For folks to race with others from all over the World (I must get Broadband)

Shed loads of cars

Awesome upgrades for the car, inc. Lights, decals and engine stuff.

So its very good, just really tricky to get started on. I hope its not too hard though, but
