I have always like the Hot Pursuit versions of Need for Speed and I have to say, this is another
gud un! The series has been on top form for a while now.. but this takes it up a few notches.
the cops are viscous, as in will very happily push you into the path of oncoming traffic and
the say 'discontinuing chase on the grounds of public safty' yer gotta have a wry smile. The
controls are easy to pick up and winning races is quite easy, the choice of cars is impressive, but
seems will get more impressive the further into the game I get. The tracks are faultless too with
multiple short and long cuts to find and use. All in all a well polished and rounded fun game.
The graphics are really great, with nice effects on the trees
bridges and hill. The cops are as evil as ever, only this time their chopper drops bombs on you. If
you hit one, or have good air time (jump), then you are rewarded with a nice slow-mo section,
tho one can get a bit dizzy figuring out which way you facing when you return to the car.
