In order to be as good as I am at marshalling, you must observe the racing action... ...CLOSELY Here we see Super Banger driver # 100 Diane Sugden, in a bit of bother. Theres no need to panic as the cars are going to pass by my post without incident. NOTE, HOWEVER, I am prepared to run, in the unlikely event I'm wrong. Im still in same position, as calm as a calm thing in calmland. NOTE - I AM STILL WATCHING THE RACING AND HAVE MY YELLOW FLAG TO HAND Despite what this may look like, Im in no danger and need not move, a lesser marshall would have legged it by now. A the car his the top of my post, I decide to move off calmly.. As all around me is destroyed I mearly skip off of my post and retreat to a safe distance. So there we have it, just remember to: A: Remain calm. B: Stay at your post no matter what. C: If your post is about to get flattened, with you on it, just skip gayly out of danger and wave your flag. D: Enjoy your time as a marshal.
